Antigen and antibody production
Within the framework of a custom development project, MicroCoat takes over the coordination of all steps from cloning or polyhapten synthesis to antibody production:
- cloning of antigens (classical methods or based on synthetic genes)
- recombinant protein expression (prokaryotic and eukaryotic) and protein purification
- synthesis of polyhaptens
- development and production of monoclonal antibodies
- development of polyclonal antibodies
- antibody purification
Parts of the projects are conducted in collaboration with experienced and certified contract partners.
