MicroCoat is operating a quality system which has been developed to meet the requirements of customers from various industries.
Particular emphasis is set on the following aspects:
- intensive communication with customers to achieve maximal customer satisfaction
- internal and external audits to improve the quality of processes, products and services
- corrective and preventive actions (CAPA ) and change control procedures (CCP)
- trainings of staff in quality systems and regulation
- qualification, calibration and maintenance of equipment
