Particular emphasis is set on the following aspects:

  • intensive communication with customers to achieve maximal customer satisfaction
  • internal and external audits to improve the quality of processes, products and services
  • corrective and preventive actions (CAPA ) and change control procedures (CCP)
  • trainings of staff in quality systems and regulation
  • qualification, calibration and maintenance of equipment
